Notice of Organization Changes and Personnel Transfers at Subsidiary

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational changes and personnel transfers take effect from October 1, 2022 at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a 100% owned subsidiary.

1.Organization Changes (Effective October 1, 2022)

<Corporate Administration Unit>
We will establish Sustainability Division to respond to changes in the market environment in which SDGs/ESG are valued, and to promote our sustainability activities such as internal cultural reforms and the creation of new business domains.

<Space Business Unit>
◇Business Innovation Group
・NTN Business Division and Space Intelligence Business Division will be placed under Business Innovation Group, in order to further integrally promote space RAN(Radio Access Network) and space data center business, which we aim to realize the space integrated computing network. The role of Business Innovation Group will be focused on the NTN and the space data-related business.
・Based on the above change, New Business Development Division will be placed directly under Space Business Unit.

◇Space Engineering Group
・In order to consolidate the resources of terrestrial (non-satellite) services and operate them in an integrated manner, Network Solution Division will be abolished and its technical operations will be transferred to Media Business Division of Space & Satellite Business Group.
