The SKY Perfect JSAT Group strives to maintain highly transparent corporate governance systems that are able to quickly meet the demands of a changing business environment. As a corporate entity that provides the highly public services of space and media, we pursue rigorous corporate ethics based on legal compliance and the ongoing reinforcement of our risk management system.
Group officers and employees take a compliance oath based on the Group Officer and Employee Code of Conduct.
Targets, KPI, and Results related to Governance
The SKY Perfect JSAT Group is working towards "Building a robust foundation for management" by 2030. We have set targets and KPIs for the degree of compliance with the Corporate Governance Code, enhancement of information disclosure, and progress in identifying human rights risks. We disclose our annual performance against these targets and KPIs.

The Sky Perfect JSAT Group has established the SKY Perfect JSAT Group Supplier Sustainability Guidelines as its policy on respect for human rights, anti-corruption and the environment, with the aim of fulfilling its social responsibility throughout the supply chain of service provision.

To enhance awareness of the SKY Perfect JSAT Group Supplier Sustainability Guidelines and to assess and evaluate supplier efforts, we are conducting sustainability procurement surveys for our major trading partners.

Respect for Human Rights
Our group has long been committed to respecting human rights. In October 2023, we established the Group Human Rights Policy to fulfill our responsibility to respect the fundamental human rights of all stakeholders, not just our company.
Since the establishment of the Human Rights Policy, we have been conducting regular training sessions for the officers and employees of the SKY Perfect JSAT Group. These sessions aim to deepen their understanding of our group's perspective and efforts regarding human rights.
Going forward, we will conduct human rights risk assessments and implement necessary measures accordingly.
