Ensuring and Promoting Diversity
In order to make optimal management decisions quickly and flexibly amid drastic changes in the business environment, we aim to realize DE&I that encourages the active participation of diverse human resources. Regardless of external differences such as gender, age, and nationality, as well as internal differences such as values, we are working to create an environment in which diverse human resources can demonstrate their individuality and abilities.

In 2024, we held a roundtable discussion with employees who have actually experienced balancing work and nursing care. In roundtable discussion, participants shared concerns about balancing work and nursing care and to promote the creation of a work environment.
Promoting Women's Participation and Advancement in the T
General Employer Action Plan
Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, we have formulated an advanced plan for general employers in order to create an environment in which employees can easily balance their work and family lives, and to enable all employees to demonstrate their abilities, including by supporting women's career development.

Acquisition of Kurumin Certification
From 2013, in fiscal 2017 and fiscal 2021, as a result of our efforts such as the promotion of childcare leave for male employees and career training for all officers and employees with children, we were certified as a business operator which conforms to the Tokyo Labor Bureau standards, and were awarded with the Kurumin Mark, a certification provided by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in recognition of the above efforts. Since then, we have been actively involved in support for raising the next generation of children.
Acquisition of Three-Star Eruboshi Certification
In November 2022, we obtained three-star Eruboshi Certification based on the Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life. Eruboshi Certification is granted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that have demonstrated excellent implementation of initiatives related to the active participation of women. We were awarded the highest rank of third-level (three stars) certification by satisfying all criteria in the five evaluation categories of “hiring,” “continued employment,” “work exceeding statutory working hours,” “ratio of women in management positions,” and “diversity of career courses for women.”
