1.Reason for the Correction
There was an error in the description of the date of establishment of the surviving entity in the item 3, Summary of the Companies involved in the Merger.

2.Correction

(Correct) November 10, 1994

The information of the release dated June 2, 2021 on the official Website has been revised and corrected.
