Notice of Appointment of Executive

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) held a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 11, 2022 and informally decided on the appointment of directors, which will be in effect from June 24, 2022.
 SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a wholly owned subsidiary of SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc., also held a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 11, 2022 and informally appointed its directors in effect from June 24, 2022.
 These appointments for both SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. and SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation are subject to the approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 24, 2022, and the position of the directors will be officially resolved at the board meeting held immediately after the GMS.
 Furthermore, SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation resolved an appointment of the executive officer in effect from June 27, 2022.
