Notice of Appointment of Executives

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) held a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 12, 2021 and informally decided on the appointment of directors and corporate auditors, which will be in effect from June 25, 2021.
 SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a wholly owned subsidiary of SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc., also held a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 12, 2021 and, in effect from June 25, 2021, informally appointed its directors and corporate auditors.
 These appointments for both SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. and SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation are subject to the approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 25, 2021, and the position of the directors and corporate auditors will be officially resolved at the board meeting held immediately after the GMS.
