Notice of Appointment of Executives and Personnel Transfers

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) held a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 8, 2024, and informally decided on the appointment  of directors, which will be in effect from June 21, 2024. We are also pleased to announce the personnel change effective from June 20, 2024.
 SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a wholly owned subsidiary of SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc., also held a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 8, 2024 and decided to make an informal appointment of Directors effective June 21, 2024, the appointment of Executive Officer on June 20, 2024, and changes of Executive Officers duties effective June 21, 2024.
 These informal appointments of directors for both SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. and SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation are subject to the approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 21, 2024, and the position of the directors will be officially resolved at the board meeting held immediately after the GMS.
