(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) held the meeting of Board of Directors today, and officially appointed a new Representative Director, effective from April 1, 2022, as follows. SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. has also announced that SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura) resolved the official appointment of a Representative Director at its meeting of Board of Directors held in April 1, 2022.
