Notice of Dividend (Increase) of Surplus

　SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) decided that it would pay dividends from retained earnings with a record date of March 31, 2023 at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 28, 2023 and announced as described below.

2.　Reason
While we are currently actively investing for medium-to long-term growth, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is also important, and announced that we plan to actively return JPY40 billion to shareholders over the next 5 years in the capital allocation within the materials of the financial results briefing for the fiscal year ended March 2022, which was disclosed on April 28, 2022.
Based on this, we decided to increase the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 by ¥2 per share from the previous fiscal year, to JPY11 per share, taking into consideration the overall results of operations and financial position for the fiscal year under review.
As a result, the annual dividend for the fiscal year under review will be JPY20, including the 2nd quarter-end dividend of JPY9.
