Notice of Organization Change and Personnel Transfer

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational change and personnel transfer take effect from October 1, 2022.

 1. Organization Change (Effective October 1, 2022)

We will establish Sustainability Department to respond to changes in the market environment in which SDGs/ESG are valued, and to promote our sustainability activities such as internal cultural reforms and the creation of new business domains.
