Notice of Organization Change and Personnel Transfer

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational change and personnel transfer take effect from April 1, 2024.

Ⅰ.SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc.                

1.Organization Change(Effective April 1, 2024)
In order to accelerate practicing the sustainability management, Sustainability Department will be integrated into Corporate Planning Department.

*This change will be officially decided upon approval at the Board of Director’s meeting scheduled to be held on March 6, 2024.

2.Personnel Transfer (Effective April 1, 2024)
