Notice regarding decision on matters related to treasury stock acquisition
(Acquisition of treasury stock based on the
provisions of the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act)

　SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura)
announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, we resolved the matters related to the acquisition of treasury
stock based on the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act and Article 37 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company as follows.

1.Reasons for acquiring treasury stock
In order to expand shareholder returns, we will acquire treasury stock.

2.Contents of matters related to acquisition

(1) Types of shares to acquire	Common stock
(2) Number of shares to acquire	9,000,000 shares (maximum) * 3% of the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury stock)
(3) Total amount of money to be delivered in exchange for the acquisition of shares	3,000,000,000yen (maximum)
(4) Period during which shares can be acquired	August 5, 2021 – January 31, 2022

*Treasury stock holdings as of July 31, 2021
