Notice Regarding Organizational Changes and Changes to Executive Officer Duties at Subsidiary

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational changes and changes to executive officer duties to be performed on January 1, 2020 at the wholly-owned subsidiary SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Eiichi Yonekura).

 

Ⅰ．Organizational Changes at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation. (January 1, 2020)

In order to further ensure profit management and pursue profit, the structure of the Media Business Unit will be changed to have the following three groups.

- The Platform Business Group and Content Business Group will be consolidated as the Media Business Group.

- In anticipation of expanded revenue with our fiber to the home connection service, we will establish a new FTTH Business Group.

- In the Media Engineering Group, we will promote overall optimization by the consolidation of systems and establish a new sales organization for the services using functions and equipment of the SKY PerfecTV! Tokyo Media Center.
