Notice regarding Release of Integrated Report 2021

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) has published our first Integrated Report 2021 (“the Report”).

Last year we established the Sustainability Committee and have promoted initiatives to deepen sustainability management under the Group Mission “Space for your Smile.” In the Report, we set “Our Unlimited Vision, Your Practical Value” as our corporate branding which, we have been promoting since last year, on the cover page, and introduce the process of identifying material themes (materiality) by incorporating third-party opinions, as well as specific examples including our unique approach to the space environment. The Report is designed to help readers understand our ESG/SDGs-related initiatives.

We will continue to integrate sustainability and management and plan to publish a more extensive Integrated Report next year. We will inform you of the progress each time through the sustainability page on our website. Then we will continue to deepen constructive dialogue with our stakeholders and aim to increase the corporate value of SKY Perfect JSAT Group to realize sustainable growth together with society.
