Notice of Appointment of Executives

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) held a meeting of its Board of Directors on February 5, 2025 and formally decided on the Directors appointments and the changes of Directors duties, which will be in effect from April 1, 2025.

Masato Ogawa will be appointed President & CEO of MCC Corporation on April 1, 2025, following the organizational decision at the company.
Koichi Matsutani will be appointed President of SKY Perfect Customer-relations Corporation on April 1, 2025. This appointment for SKY Perfect Customer-relations Corporation is subject to the approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders on February 5, 2025, and the position of the directors will be decided at the board meeting held April 1, 2025.
