 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces the changes of its Representative Director as follows.

Ⅰ.SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. Executive Appointment
Today, we received a notice of resignation from the Representative Director, Chairman, Shinji Takada. In addition, our 100% owned subsidiary, SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Eiichi Yonekura) has also received a notice of resignation.
