Notice of Organization Change at Subsidiary

　SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational change takes effect from October 1, 2023 at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a 100% owned subsidiary.

The following organizational change will be implemented on October 1, 2023.

◇Business Innovation Group

In order to further increase the driving force of developing new businesses, the New Business Development Division will be discontinued and transition into a project-based system. Thereby, employees with diverse experiences and skills can be actively and flexibly involved, transcending the boundaries of business groups and divisions, and allowing them to work more independently.
