(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announced that the dissolution and liquidation of its consolidated subsidiary, SKY Perfect Broadcasting Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Kyosuke Ueda; hereinafter, “SPBC”) as follows. Disclosures and details are omitted in part because this dissolution and liquidation are not subject to the Timely Disclosure Standards of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Due to changes in the environment, such as the declining trend in the number of paid broadcast subscribers, SPBC has been attempting to shift its business. However, SPBC has decided to dissolve and liquidate itself as it has determined that recovery and future growth cannot be expected.

At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of SPBC held on June 27, 2025, it was resolved to dissolve it. The liquidation process is expected to be completed once the necessary procedures are finalized.
