SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Eiichi Yonekura, hereinafter “SKY Perfect JSAT”) hereby announces that it has entered into a loan agreement for a Sustainability-Linked Loan (hereinafter “the Loan”) through a syndication method with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative, President: Takatomo Yoneyama) acting as the Arranger and Agent.

 The Loan is a financing framework designed to promote advanced sustainability management by setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sustainability Performance Targets (SPTs) consistent with SKY Perfect JSAT's corporate management strategy, with loan terms linked to the achievement level of the SPTs.

 Regarding the compliance of this transaction with the Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles and related guidelines, the Loan has obtained a third-party opinion* from Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative, President: Shokichi Takagi).

  Positioning the Loan as financing that contributes to solving social issues and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the SKY Perfect JSAT Group will use this as an opportunity to communicate its initiatives to stakeholders while further accelerating business activities and efforts aimed at addressing its materialities.
