Notice of Organization Changes and Personnel Transfers

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational changes and personnel transfers take effect from April 1, 2025.

1.Organization Changes (Effective April 1, 2025)

To enhance departmental functions, boost efficiency, and foster multi-skilled personnel, the following integrations will be implemented:

・The Human Resources Department and the General Affairs Department will be integrated to form the Human Resources & General Affairs Department.
・The ISMS-related tasks of the Information Systems Department and the Internal Control Promotion Department will be integrated to form the IT & Security Management Department.
・The Legal Department and the internal control and compliance functions of the Internal Control Promotion Department will be integrated to form the Legal & Compliance Department.
・The risk management functions of the Internal Control Promotion Department will be transferred to the Corporate Planning Department.
