Notice of Organization Changes and Personnel Transfers at Subsidiary

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational changes and personnel transfers take effect from April 1, 2025 at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a 100% owned subsidiary.
Ⅰ. SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation
1.Organization Changes (Effective April 1, 2025)
<Corporate Administration Unit>
To enhance divisional functions, boost efficiency, and foster multi-skilled personnel, the following integrations will be implemented:
・The Human Resources Division and the General Affairs Division will be integrated to form the Human Resources & General Affairs Division.
・The personal information protection-related tasks and the ISMS-related tasks of the Information Systems Division, the Cyber Security Management Division and the Internal Control Promotion Division will be combined to set up the IT & Security Management Division.
・The Legal Division and the internal control and compliance functions of the Internal Control Promotion Division will be integrated to form the Legal & Compliance Division.
・The risk management functions of the Internal Control Promotion Division will be transferred to the Corporate Planning Division.
<Media Business Unit>
The Communication Design Division and the Customer Success Division will be transferred to the Media Business Group. Additionally, the Web & Distribution Design Division and the Back-end System Division will be moved to the newly established Media Solution Business Group as of April 1st, 2025, with the Web & Distribution Design Division being renamed the Service Function Design Division.
◇ Media Business Group
・The Platform Planning Division will be abolished, and its media strategy functions will be integrated with the data marketing functions of the former Communication Design Division to establish the Media Business Strategy Division, which will be responsible for business planning and data marketing strategies across the Media business.
・The advertising and promotion functions of the former Communication Design Division will be integrated into the new Communication Design Division, which will manage promotions, PR strategies, and other operational tasks across the Media business.
・The Multiple Video Service Distribution Division will be integrated into the Content Business Division.
・The New Business Development Division will be transferred directly under the Unit.
◇ Media Solutions Business Group
・The Media Solutions Business Division will be renamed the Business Innovation Division.
<Space Business Unit>
◇Business Strategy Group
・The Planning & Administration Division under the Space Business Unit will be transferred to the newly established Business Strategy Group as of April 1, 2025.
・The Business Strategy Division will be newly established to plan and promote comprehensive space and fleet strategies.
・The Universal NTN Strategy Division will be newly established, incorporating the 5G/Beyond 5G functions from the dissolved NTN Business Division. This new division will focus on technology development, business planning, and promotion to realize the construction of Universal NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network).
◇Space Solution Business Group
・The Global & Mobile Business Division will be abolished, with its sales functions redistributed to the Enterprise Business Division, Government Sectors Business Division, National Security Business Division, and Asia Regional Headquarters. This restructuring aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities globally.
・The NTN Business Division will be dissolved, and its mobile carrier sales functions will be transferred to the Enterprise Business Division.
