Notice of Organizational Change and Personnel Transfers

SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational change at the wholly-owned subsidiary SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Eiichi Yonekura; hereinafter SKY Perfect JSAT) will take effect from March 1, 2020. This change is associated with the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, WAKUWAKU JAPAN Corporation.

1) SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation Organizational Change (Effective March 1, 2020)

SKY Perfect JSAT will newly establish the WAKUWAKU JAPAN Business Division in the Media Business Group of the Media Business Unit as a dedicated division for WAKUWAKU JAPAN channel business delivering Japanese content overseas on March 1, 2020. SKY Perfect JSAT will enhance its role as a hub for the overseas expansion of SKY Perfect JSAT Group, thereby contributing to increased revenue for the entire Group.
