Notice of Revision of Consolidated Financial Forecasts
(Upward Revisions)

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) revised its consolidated financial forecasts announced on April 28, 2023 for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2024 (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) as follows:

2.Reasons for the Revision

 Considering the results of growth in the Global & Mobile field and the domestic satellite business field in the Space Business and the effects of foreign exchange rates, we expect revenue to exceed the previously announced forecast figures. In addition, operating income, ordinary income, and Profit attributable to Owners of Parent are also expected to exceed the previously announced figures due to the anticipated reduction of operating costs and postponement of some upfront expenses in both businesses.
