Notice of Organizational Changes and
Appointment of Executives at Subsidiaries

 SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura) held a meeting of its Board of Directors on February 5, 2025 and, in effect from April 1, 2025, formally decided on organizational changes and appointed its Executive Officers.

Ⅰ．SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation
　1．Organization Changes (Effective April 1, 2025)
　<Media Business Unit>
　◇Media Solution Business Group
　The Media Technology Group will be renamed to the Media Solution Business Group. By leveraging the facilities, technology, and expertise of the SKY Perfect Tokyo Media Center, we aim to expand and accelerate the commercialization of the media solutions business and the media infrastructure sector.

　◇Abolition of Communication Group
　The Communication Group will be abolished, and the marketing and customer management functions will be transferred to the Media Business Group. The customer management system and data management functions will be transferred to the Media Solution Business Group to expedite decision-making processes.

 
　<Space Business Unit>
　The Business Strategy Group will be established to consolidate the strategic functions of the Space Business Unit. Amid intensifying competition in the satellite communications market, we will formulate integrated and effective strategies for both communication and non-communication fields, as well as for domestic and international businesses. This will aim to create new businesses and strengthen partnership strategies with other operators.
