1.Organization Changes (Effective April 1, 2025)

To enhance departmental functions, boost efficiency, and foster multi-skilled personnel, the following integrations will be implemented:

・The Human Resources Department and the General Affairs Department will be integrated to form the Human Resources & General Affairs Department.
・The ISMS-related tasks of the Information Systems Department and the Internal Control Promotion Department will be integrated to form the IT & Security Management Department.
・The Legal Department and the internal control and compliance functions of the Internal Control Promotion Department will be integrated to form the Legal & Compliance Department.
・The risk management functions of the Internal Control Promotion Department will be transferred to the Corporate Planning Department.
