1) SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation Organizational Change (Effective March 1, 2020)

SKY Perfect JSAT will newly establish the WAKUWAKU JAPAN Business Division in the Media Business Group of the Media Business Unit as a dedicated division for WAKUWAKU JAPAN channel business delivering Japanese content overseas on March 1, 2020. SKY Perfect JSAT will enhance its role as a hub for the overseas expansion of SKY Perfect JSAT Group, thereby contributing to increased revenue for the entire Group.
