SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Eiichi Yonekura) announces that the following organizational changes and personnel transfer takes effect from October 1, 2020 at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer; Eiichi Yonekura), a 100% owned subsidiary.

1.Organizational Changes (Effective date: October 1, 2020)

 In order to respond to changes in the business environment associated with the spread of digital media and streaming services, Multiple Video SERVICE Distribution Division will be newly established within Media Business Group. In addition, LIFE Business Division will be abolished and a part of it will be transferred to Multiple Video SERVICE Distribution Division.

2.Personnel Transfers (Effective date: October 1, 2020)
