SKY Perfect JSAT Forms Capital and Business Partnership with
"ArkEdge Space" to Promote Micro-satellite Missions

   SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CEO: Eiichi Yonekura; “SKY Perfect JSAT”) has entered into a capital and business partnership with ArkEdge Space Inc. (Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takayoshi Fukuyo; “ArkEdge Space”).
   SKY Perfect JSAT aims to strengthen its satellite control and ground station services (GSaaS – Ground Station as a Service) for low Earth orbit while supporting ArkEdge Space in developing new business initiatives that utilize constellations of various micro-satellites. By leveraging its experience and expertise in the geostationary satellite business, as well as its capabilities in satellite operations and systems cultivated over the years, SKY Perfect JSAT seeks to expand beyond traditional satellite communications and geostationary orbit, fostering new businesses that contribute to solving global challenges and driving growth.
